Tripoli, 24 February 2015:
Another historic Sufi shrine was bombed in Tripoli yesterday, an occurrence that is becoming somewhat common in Libya.
The Sheikh Sayd shrine in the Shat Al-Henshir area of Suq Al-Juma was destroyed by unknown assailants this morning. Sheikh Sayd arrived in Tripoli near the beginning of the Ottoman period. He died in the year 1640 and was buried in the shrine in Suq Al-Juma.
